1. Do you travel for destination weddings?

We bring HD Photography to you—whether it’s an event in your city or an intimate wedding at a special destination. Travel within the city is included in our packages, and for locations outside the city, additional travel arrangements and fees may apply. Destination weddings and events are welcomed, ensuring your memories are captured wherever your story unfolds.

2. How fast do you deliver photos?

Portraits and events: usually within 1–2 weeks. Weddings: 3–4 weeks. Rush delivery may be available for a small additional fee.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

We know life can be unpredictable. If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 2 days in advance, and we’ll gladly find a new date that works for you. For cancellations made 7 days or more ahead, your deposit will be fully refunded. For changes with less than 7 days’ notice, the deposit is non-refundable, as your date is held exclusively for you. We always strive to accommodate special circumstances whenever possible.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

We offer digital files, prints and albums are available with additional costs.

5. Do you have a recommended videographer?
